We are operating daily from 10am-10pm including public holidays.  If there’s an exception, we’ll announce on Facebook.

Where are your products come from?

Our products are sourced directly from local & foreign suppliers, producers and manufacturers to provide customers with a wide range of products at affordable and reasonable prices.

 

How can I check if you stock an item?

Can you reserve items for me to collect at a later date?

Yes, please copy the “PRODUCT BARCODE” and contact our Careline via 03-8961 1338 or drop us a message here. Our customer care representatives will advice you on the stock availability on different outlets.

 

Can I place an order for a large amount of stock?

Yes, provided that the items requested are still available in store, we’ll do our best to place an order for you. Please copy the “PRODUCT BARCODE” and call our Customer Careline at 03-8961 1338 or drop us a message here.

 

I haven’t been able to find a product in my local store for a while. Has it been discontinued?

Please copy the “PRODUCT BARCODE” and contact our Careline 03-89611338 or drop us a message here and we’ll be happy to check if this item has been discontinued.

 

I no longer want an item I’ve purchased, how do I Return/Exchange it?

If you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased from us, please bring them back within 3 days, together with your receipt with the packaging intact and with all accessories and we will happily exchange the item.
